  Excellent service and beautiful flowers. I highly recommend Bohemian Angel Flowers and Gifts. I've now ordered two arrangements from them and found their service professional and courteous. The flowers are fresh and gorgeous, too!! 5 Stars!!

  Bohemian Angel Flowers did a fabulous job on an arrangement I ordered for a sick friend. We had to be very careful of the types of flowers due to allergies, so they had a limited list of florals to work with. No matter - they did an incredible job.

  Truly the best place to buy flowers! Whether sending flowers to my wife, mother, friends, or clients they always do a wonderful job. The customer service I receive is terrific. On more than one occasion they have gone out of their way to help me send flowers at the last minute. I would and do recommend Bohemian Angel to anyone who needs flowers.

  I ordered flowers from Bohemian Angel for my wife after she delivered our son in January. I let the florist know what her favorite colors were and left the arrangement up to their discretion, seeing as how I don't know much about flowers. Everyone I dealt with at the store was very professional and friendly. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and all the nurses commented about how she had the best looking floral arrangements of anyone in the maternity ward! I will definitely use them again.

  I received flowers at my office today. Upon delivery, I noticed there was no water in the vase, and some of the tulips looked crushed. Only after commenting on this, the driver proceeded to tell me that he had dropped them. I emailed a photo of the flowers to the person who ordered them for me, and they called the store to explain the flowers had been dropped and several of them looked bruised. The woman at the store said, "what do you want me to do"? After more discussion, the woman at the store offered a refund. Well, about 15 mintues later, the driver shows back up at my office demanding the flowers back! In front of all my co-workers. I told him I didn't want to give my flowers back. He said he needed to call his boss. So, I went back to my desk. A few minutes later, he comes down the hall to my cube shouting, "Ma'am, Ma'am... " I jumped up to meet him in the hall and he said, "There has been a refund and I need to take these flowers back". I told him how odd I thought this was, and he said, "maybe you need to call your friend and work this out, I have to pick these flowers up". Of course, my friend had no idea any of this was going to happen... a refund had been offered, but nobody ever said they were going to come and take them back. Needless to say, this happening in front of everyone at the office was very embarrassing! Getting flowers is meant to be a joyful experience, and my experience was just terrible, awkward, and upsetting!

  I've order flowers for deliever to my girlfriends work twice. Each time the arrangement arrived early afternoon, which was great timing. The arrangements where even more beautiful than the pictures online. They do good work. Online ordering is easy. Will definitely use them again in the future, per request of my girlfriend

  I selected Bohemian Angel after seeing it rated #1 in the Dallas area on the internet (I had never previously ordered from them). I sent my fabulous new Fiancee an extra large bouquet of red roses to celebrate our recent engagement and to show her how happy I was she said "YES". Even though my Fiancee was happy with the flowers initially, I could tell from past experience they were a little stale when I saw a picture of the flowers. I promptly emailed the Manager the next day to let her know to correct the issue for future orders. She apologized to me for the oversight and immediately dispatched fresh new roses to my Beloved! Quite frankly, I was stunned as I never expected such an immediate and gracious response! The replacement roses were absolutely fabulous (they lasted for a very long time!) and BA delivery staff even arranged the new roses for us! What a customer friendly response! Bohemian Angel is definitely NUMBER #1 in our eyes and will get the call for our future Dallas wedding flowers order too!

  The flowers are lovely, and the cards that come with them are better than most. My only complaint is that the little plastic tubes of water that are attached to each flower aren't eco-friendly.

  My daughter and I found this shop while looking for a florist for her April wedding. The owner was not available the first time we went in, but the staff was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They spoke with us to get a feel for what my daughter wanted for her small wedding and reception dinner and promised that the owner would get back to her within a few days. The owner called my daughter back and discussed the details and pricing. My daughter had in mind how much she wanted to spend on flowers, and the final price was within her budget. I wanted to spend more to make sure the flowers were not a disappointment, but my daughter was adamant. The flowers were PERFECT!! The bridal bouquet was absolutely beautiful, and exactly what my daughter had in mind! The reception dinner arrangements were gorgeous and all the flowers were fresh and beautiful. They were delivered just as we had asked, with no problems at all. I highly recommend this florist for any occasion, but especially if you want beautiful wedding flowers and one less thing to worry about at the wedding!!!

  This is my favorite store in Dallas! Very cool, funky boutique with the most unusal flowers! If you want the best - this is the place, Votivo Candles, Voluspa perfume, Lollia bath foam, Dirty Girl - they have something for everyone!
